Hawaiian bbq mix plate on point (minus the Mac salad)
Marinated the meat in a mix of
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup pinapple juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbs honey
1 batch of marinade for each meat. 2 hour minimum, 24 to 48 hours best though.
Deboned 6 chicken thighs left the skin on
8 Korean style short ribs
2 thin cut chuck steaks
2 cups steamed white rice
Smoked chicken and ribs at 250°f for 30 minutes. Chicken skin side down. Hit em with the trifecta of @dkhawaiian Rubs, Then cranked it up to 375°f and flipped the chicken until done. Moved the ribs over to the cast iron sprayed with @duckfatspray and seared em for about 2 minutes on each side. After the ribs were done, I threw on the thin cut chuck steak, about 2 minutes per side, really render the fat em in with the high heat. Plated it all with a big scoop of steamed white rice topped with some @trybachans Japanese BBQ Sauce.
