I have never succeeded with a deficit mindset, and if I make too much change too quickly it doesn’t stick long term. I still plan to make comfort food for dinner, and may share some of my favorite snacks and easy lunches. After having both of my kids, I haven’t been in the right mental state till now. I have successfully lost weight in the past, and I will eventually add weight training in to my plans. #weightloss #smallchangesbigresults #lifestyle #whatieatinaday
