Many of us creatives find ourselves constantly curating our public or "social" digital lives — yet often do the memories in our archives fade to unspoken moments or re-lived realities. In this UNSEEN project, we invite our community of artists to submit a folder of their personal “unseen” work using the link in our bio. You are welcome to drop in however many visual assets you have taken but not “publicly” shared (yet) in any medium- 35mm, iPhone, digital, moving images, etc. We will choose several images to feature and invite you to have a conversation about what brought you to the work, why it is something you remember, and what feeling it gives you now. In this age of ever-shortening media lifecycles– what’s stored in the Cloud, box of negatives or tape drawer can easily get lost. We tap you, to tap into nostalgia with us.
