It’s my 59th birthday!💃Today, as I head into my last year of my 50’s, I embrace the strength that comes with each passing year. 💪 I don’t see age as a limit, but as a testament to the richness of life’s experiences. As a women at the end of her 50’s, I feel empowered to redefine beauty, success and fulfillment on my own terms. 🥰 I look forward to breaking new barriers and embracing the journey ahead with grace, courage, style and determination. ❤️ Here’s to the next chapter filled with endless possibilities and belief in my own potential to make sh*t happen! It took me a LONG time to get here, and it feels good. As my late mom used to always say, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”. While it seems a bit scary to get closer to 60, I am filled with gratitude for my health, career, family, friends and community! And while there are lots of aspects of aging that are not fun, I feel lucky for each and every day. ✨🙏 I embarked on a clean living, more holistic life over about 10 years ago after some health issues. I thought it was too late to make these type of positive changes, but I happen to know first-hand that it was a great time to learn the tips and tricks to feeling my best. As a result, I actually feel (and look) better than I did when I was in my 30’s. Finding joy in each day is definitely one thing that has been instrumental in improving my attitude and outlook on life. We are here for a short time...so let’s make the best of it! Here’s to continuing on this pro-aging journey and reflecting on some best memories from the past decade.
