Mama Deb surprised me with a FaceTime from the gym this morning. She’s been taking care of herself more these last few months and has lost 50lbs! On her way to maybe even no longer having to take insulin for diabetes II. I’m so happy and proud I could cry. GO MAMA DEB❤️.
