@POTUS this week is engaging African leaders, but we’re concerned that there’s not enough of a strong signal being sent for human rights here at home. The U.S. must work to protect the human rights of Africans back home and also in the diaspora. We urge Pres. Biden to create swift, meaningful, and substantial safe pathways to protection for Black Immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees the U.S. without discrimination, and regardless of where people are from.
