International Day of Peace //⁠ ⁠ Also known as World Peace Day, the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21st September and was established in 1981 by the UN. ⁠ ⁠ True peace entails much more than preventing and stopping war. For it to be achieved we must encourage the building of societies where all members feel that they can flourish.
