I can hardly believe this is the final day of 2023. This year brought me both profound joy and heart-wrenching grief. I am learning to navigate life in a new way, but through the sea of changes, one constant remains—I'll keep showing up. Every single day, even on those seemingly impossible ones. I urge you to do the same. Initially, the "Just Show Up" sign for the mirror was meant to spark a fun moment in the Studio, and indeed, it did. Yet, it has evolved into my daily mantra, resonating with many of you. I want to thank every individual who stepped on their mats at Mimi Yoga this year—you made it all possible. My gratitude extends to our dedicated team, instructors, staff, and some of the incredible brands like FP Movement, Pitusa, Nike, Year of Ours, and Aventura Mall whom we've been privileged to collaborate with.
