Thank YOU!!! This is a simple appreciation post. I’ve had a few thousand new friends join me in my little corner of Instagram. I welcome you warmly 🤍I also wanna thank all who have stayed with me over the past couple of years too.... I see you all, and I appreciate each one of you. Here you will find posts about positively approaching ageing, the beauty and joy in living a long life, how to tackle societal challenges, pivoting in midlife and beyond, navigating being a single woman in her 50s, fitness, haircare and skincare stuff and I’ll share all that I encounter as my life rolls out ahead. My aim is to take the fear out of ageing despite society constantly telling us all it’s not desirable to age. I believed it, and spent my 40s being ashamed of my age, denying it, fighting it by dying my hair dark for fear of being labelled ’old’ for bearing what grew naturally from my scalp.
