A GIANT GLUTEN UPDATE: We’ve been blessed to have our wonderful friends over at @bubandgrandmasbread make the milkbread for our sandwiches over the past few years. Their team has dedicated countless hours to not only produce but relentlessly try to improve this product and we have so much respect for all that they do. As they near the opening of their new restaurant they’re passing the torch to us and we’ll be baking our bread in house moving forward. Massive thank you to Andy and Jess for showing us all you’ve learned over the years. @keyyoshii and @rihito_maruhashi knocked this new recipe out of the park under extreme pressure as we’ve just opened in Culver City and we are making the bread in all “the extra space” of Konbi 2.0. Please be patient with us as we work to meet the demand of producing bread for two restaurants with limited space while we build a dedicated milk bread bakery (more details to be revealed in the future)! 😉
