I’m to the bit of time to come back into my New Year headspace, as I spent time with Lyla💋🐰 just together before she goes off for a gap year at the end of the month. If you’ve been thinking what else can you bring into your life this year consider some mindfulness. What are your list of intentions this year? I made them on the last night of my holiday on Sunday and they do include Giving myself space for my thoughts to process . With @victoriawoodhall today we are going back to basics with our rocket rocket yoga practice so those of you who would love to start can feel you can join in, and those who have been doing it awhile will still get a great benefit as you can push your practice furtherhaving learned some extra tools by following us last year. SCHEDULE AF FOR YHE NEXT 6 weeks Tuesday 7.30 am. Yoga starting over Wednesday 8 am. Core strength Friday 8am. Pilates Saturday 9 am. Yoga intermediate I will always publish them on my channel so that you can come back to them if it’s a bad time of day for you to do it when we do it. But if you committed to the above you would give your mind and body such strength think about it. What are you doing for yourself this year?
