I know I’m a little bit of an overpacker 😂 so don’t come at me. I fully admit that I am, but I always would rather already have what I may want or need than wish I had packed it. This is actually way less than what I originally imagined I had to bring, but what helped me narrow down everything I personally wanted to pack was keeping a long running list in my notes app. As things came up on my FYP or as friends recommended things, I added or took away from the list. That has definitely been the biggest help for packing and made it way less stressful to pack when it came time. Some stuff I know the hospital will have so I didn’t pack a lot of postpartum supplies for myself. Just adult diapers and nursing pads really. Same thing for baby girl. Although, the diaper bag that has her stuff in it, does have simple supplies for her (not pictured) for on the way home like diapers and wipes if we need them.
