(update: she’s out!!!!!!!!) i can’t believe i’m typing this but tomorrow, at midnight my album “LiL 5i5” will finally be out!!!! 😭😭 i’ve never obsessed over something for so long (promise the next album won’t take me 3 years ok haha) that ended up illuminating so much about myself during the process. writing this album taught me how to stop romanticizing my suffering, how to let go of people, places and things, how to pay attention to that small child version of me that lives perpetually in the center of my chest, but mostly how to enjoy things, everything, great or dumb, all of it! that’s the best i can do with my time, i think, enjoying things, enjoying breathing and singing and dancing (my favorites) but also remembering to enjoy absolutely nothing at the same time. above all these things, however, i’ve been outrageously impatient to enjoy this album with you— you are a gift. thank you for your patience, i hope you enjoy these 19 songs from the depths of my personal experiences, and maybe even find yourself in there too, every once in a while. with everlasting love, cassie ♡︎ pre save link in bio album art by @poiandkeely graphic design by @ssarahbankss
