on one of my favorite days a few weeks ago, i spent the day wandering a small town in puglia. i picked up a tub of freshly made ricotta, some zucchini salad and marinated peppers, and found a stoop to enjoy them. birds chirped, cars passed by, and italian grandmas walked past me, smiling and saying “molto bene.” 🤍
