Butter Chicken. Recipe on the @peppertheapp I can’t find the creator on this app or I would tag her. I made some changes and left my notes of what I did. The recipe was super simple, she left off when to sauté the onions and garlic, I cooked the chicken then removed it to make the gravy. This was an easy recipe! You don’t necessarily need to strain the onions, but I wanted a smoother Gravy! I picked up some Nann from my local Indian restaurant, that’s next up to attempt to make.
