Well over a decade ago (maybe a decade & a half?) my restaurant mentor @barcwine forced me to go to a casting call to represent his restaurant @barcelonawinebar on a relatively new cooking competition show called CHOPPED. Much to my chagrin I went. Shortly after my episode aired I got a call that lead to an invite for a single guest judge spot. That spot turned into dozens more for many years to come on what turned out the be one of the most iconic cooking comp shows to ever exist. Forever grateful to everyone involved for and opportunity that I never saw coming x
