I’ve had this idea and dream of providing a program for people who are tired of lessening themselves to fit into a societal standard box. This is for the woman who’s tried everything except picking up a heavier weight. This is for someone walking into the gym and is tired of cherry picking workout and not seeing the desired results. This is for those looking to improve their strength and conditioning, gain muscle and lose body fat. But most importantly, gain confidence in the gym and within themselves.

The Beefy Babes Program has everything you need-
💪🏼 3 Strength Training Days- broken down by movement patterns, tempos, prescribed RPE, and recommendations for each fitness level.
💪🏼 2 Conditioning Days- consisting of one quick burner day and one longer aerobic piece.
💪🏼 2 Rest Days- you can choose when to take your rest days but they’re important for recovery and recommended to take both.
💪🏼The program requires a variety of dumbbells and bands. You can choose to use barbell or other comments based on the equipment accessible to you.

This is my first ever monthly subscription-based program. The program is $34.99/mo and each week you will have that workouts delivered to you through an app with videos attached to each movement.
