Fam, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about the lawsuit delaying CAURD implementation in several regions throughout the state. So we made these graphics outlining the facts and our opinion on the matter. More than anything we want to convey that this is simply the first legal challenge to limit the progressive and restorative policies set forth by the MRTA. This is our opportunity to show these insidious challengers that our community is UNITED and are ready to FIGHT AND HOLD ACCOUNTABLE elected and appointed representatives in the state.
