Whilst the show represents a further step towards full abstraction, some otherworldly bodies remain in the form of Delune’s signature blooming silhouettes and deconstructed human anatomy stamped with mystical symbols. Yet, most of the works present a free abstract flow of sensual lines, geometric forms, and organic shapes. Flashbacks, family experiences and visualisations, dialogue in dreamscapes reminiscent of forests, deserts, seas, skies, and constellations with playful elements of childhood games, festivals, and carnivals. Acrylic, spray paint, oil pastels, and paper cuts, glitter, and fine pens dance together in elaborate layers and rich colours.
