always with us ❤️ a life so beautifully lived and a heart so deeply loved, we celebrate my dad, Len Cosentino Two and a half years ago my dad was diagnosed with a cancer that was expected to take him long ago - but God blessed us with a chapter I can only describe as refining. My priorities were refined, from where I live to how I spend my time. My love was refined as I learned new ways to love my dad and my family, taking care of him and each other in ways I wish I didn’t know but have been blessed because of. My faith was refined as I watched my dad face suffering with steadfast faith and reverence to God. We’ll see him in Sunday family dinners, in refreshing beverages, in a Bible well notated, in a sauce pot that needs stirring, and in my mom with whom he shares a love story for the ages. It feels impossible to put into words the depth of this loss, but my dad always loved when a good song lyric really hit the spot, so for now I’ll leave it at “time be patient, pain be gracious” Heaven is lucky to have you, dad ❤️ salute!
