It is a type of a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that aims to achieve the most benefits in a short amount of time
💡 Tabata vs HIIT:
Tabata is a higher intensity version of HIIT, with shorter and more defined workouts (less exercises flexibility)
💡 How to do the workout?
• 8 back to back exercises per round
• 20 seconds active followed by 10 seconds of rest
• Do 3-5 TABATA rounds. Each round will last for 4-mins, making your workout 12-20 mins long
