It captures the result of all of our hard work and labor. ❤️ Posted • @gennyguru Usually I struggle to find words to describe my experiences, but the problem I seem to be running into, is that I have TOO many words to describe my experience at @texturevsrace to fit it all in one caption. So I will sum it up and let my actions moving forward express those words I couldn’t fit. From Sunday until Tuesday, I spent time in Baltimore with an amazing team at a summit that not only changed our lives but also the lives of everyone in that room, which in turn will create that ripple effect to encourage the change in others that weren’t present. There was vulnerability, there was hurt, there was confusion, and there was misunderstanding that bloomed into love, understanding, equity, passion, unity, and so much more. In order to move forward, some things need to be torn down. Years of cultural divide and misinformation needs to be unlearned so that we can build the foundation back up with love and equality. @keyaartistically , I stand ten toes down. I’m excited, overwhelmed by it really, to bring what I’ve learned back to my team, my friends, my family, and help move your vision forward in all that I can possibly do.
