On days like today, International Day of the Girl, and every day, we’re dedicated to celebrating the voices and power of girls and young women like our Be Heard Ambassador @saarachaudry . Saara is an award-winning actor, journalist and first-year Harvard student passionate about advocating for gender and racial equality. Saara has had an interest in activism since she was young. Hearing stories of sacrifice from her immigrant parents and grandparents made her aware of her privilege and awakened her to her purpose of giving a voice to the voiceless.
