my 3 current favorite shoulder & upper body exercises (that you can do at home with minimal equipment!) ๐ช๐ผ๐ Iโve always had some nagging chronic shoulder pain from playing softball, but I didnโt realize how much it was being aggravated by sitting and hunching over my computer and phone all day โ which was actually weakening those muscles. itโs amazing how much STRENGTHENING can help with aches and pains ๐๐ผ sometimes we donโt just need to stretch but to strengthen. I hope this is helpful ๐ also, you can get those bands online just type in Pilates or Physical Therapy bands ๐๐ผ
