perspective is EVERYTHING. let’s talk about it. As we head into 2025, I thought I would share one of the biggest lessons that I learned this year. This is definitely not something new or something original - in fact, it’s something that I was told to do by a good friend back in l 2019. If I would’ve listened then, I would’ve saved myself a lot of pain and struggle. but I didn’t, and I’m here now, finally listening. and I feel like it’s my turn to tell you. The next time you’re faced with something you don’t want to do, you need to start switching your perspective. Instead of saying, “I have to wake up and go to work”, you can say “I get to wake up and go to work.” This little shift changes the way our brain sees what’s in front of us. It has by FAR been the best lesson that I finally put into practice this year, and it’s something that I would highly, highly hope you start doing as well in the coming new year.
