Now on the counter - a delightful decaf from Brasil, Fazenda IP. Every year we taste hundreds of coffees from @carmocoffees, and we really enjoyed this lot from Isidro Pereira! This coffee was sent to Mexico for decaffeination by @descamex using the Mountain Water Process, naturally stripping away the caffeine while retaining the flavours of cocoa and brazil nuts!
