I decided to make myself a romper that looked like a dress. I hate that I have to wear shorts under my shorter dresses. Here’s what I came up with! The bodice pattern is the Rose Cafe Bustier from @daria_patternmaking I definitely recommend not using this pattern on knits, as it’s drafted for wovens. I made it work, though I have a very hard time getting the bodice to stay where it belongs. I self drafted the sleeves to fit the bodice. The bottom was a cheeky sleep short pattern on Etsy, sized up about 6-7 sizes. I added a gathered piece to the bottom. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. ❤️
