It’s interesting how some words become tainted because of society, media or a group of disingenuous people that label themselves or others with that particular word.
For instance, the terms “influencer” and “spiritual” have been two significant words that I can’t help but notice people mentioning how much they dislike the two.
Is it because they are labels that have stuck with people who have saturated the internet? The kind of people that may mislead an audience to believe they do what they do for good but instead do it for their own benefit?
I’m not necessarily one who is a big fan of most labels to be honest. It doesn’t seem practical to label each unique individual into one category. This usually creates a prejudgement of character, I believe.
In the end, there are good “spiritual” people and there are bad “spiritual” people. Same goes for “influencers.”
Just thinking out loud. How do you guys feel about these words?
