Better than a snickers bar Healthy snickers bar Ingredients: ✨1 tub of dates ✨1 jar of peanut butter (I suggest using the no added sugar kind) ✨2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips ✨1 Tablespoon of butter or coconut oil ✨ toppings of choice I used coconut, flaky salt and macadamia nuts 1. Remove pits from dates, lay on a cookie sheet. 2. Microwave peanut butter for easier spreading. 3. Combine chocolate chips and butter or coconut oil then Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted 4. Flatten dates, layer with peanut butter first, then chocolate. 5.
