The rumors are true :-) We were in Texas visiting Sam’s grandparents when we missed our flight home. We had the option of a layover in either Denver or Vegas. We chose Vegas. We were at DFW with nearly 8 hours to kill until our flight to Vegas when Sam suggested, playfully, “We should get married.” I laughed, then agreed, “Yes, yes.” We soon realized that neither of us were joking. We got married the next morning. We were too sleepy when we landed. I think we are the only people ever to elope in Vegas completely sober and at 9 am. Pat and Linda (pictured slide 4) had finished their ceremony just before us. We told them congratulations and Linda offered me her bouquet. I burst into tears and didn’t stop sobbing (Slide 5, 6) and even Wally, our minister (Slide 8) who does this all day every day, cried with us too. It was all so sweet and special and quirky and cute, just like us. I’ve never known a love like this before. Thank you for making me Mrs. Logan Elizabeth Diaz-Granados ☁️🤍💍 💐9-6-22💐
