WHAT CHANGED? Last year @britthamilton_ifbbpro took 14th at the New York Pro....and her season ended. I didn’t know her then. We discussed this when we decided to team up in June. Brittany has so much knowledge about the sport and has helped me learn not only her physique but the sport as well. I am always learning and her knowledge has benefited me with judging standards, posing and more. This past weekend was no shock to me. The center of first call outs is where she belongs. This year we focused on getting her mindset right first. She has removed the negative influences around her and replaced them with the positive voice in her head. Where the mind goes, the body follows. We have also been able to eat, and eat big going into each show this year because she has been ready early: I say this a lot but once you are stage lean (shredded) peaking is much easier!
