This simple bed yoga routine is my go-to stretch to take place once you wake and before you even roll out of bed. ๐คธ๐ผโโ๏ธ
Bed yoga poses to start your day off right โจ
Seated torso circles
Side stretch
Seated cat-ccow
Neck stretch
Butterfly pose forward fold
Mediation & visualization
Deep breathing
