We are extremely grateful to be able to show up for parts of the LA community that are overlooked. We can’t fix the issues of the city from the outside. It’s an inside job. We have to give opportunities and provide positive moral support to our youth. This event was a big deal for most of the youth. One of the kids was on probation for stealing a pair of pants from a Walmart. He did not have good pants. A prime example of why we have to continue to do this kind of work.
