5 Game Changing Travel Hacks ✈️💪🏼 Here are my 5 hacks to stay in shape whilst traveling, to help me prepare for running the Blackmore’s half marathon in Sydney: 1. Always take the stairs - if you’re going to be sitting for extended periods of time, get in as much exercise as possible 2. Bring your own snacks - bring food that your body knows and loves to keep you properly fueled 3. Stay hydrated! - Your body loses more water at elevation so you should be drinking 2- 3 liters of water 4. Bring a Theragun or lacrosse ball to keep your muscles and joints loose during all that sitting (or to use before and after landing) 5. Prioritize sleep hygiene - bring earplugs and an eye mask to help you get that epic sleep that we need for our performance These are the 5 hacks I used to arrive in Australia feeling on top of my game for the Blackmore’s Sydney Marathon!
