Pickle Tanghulu with the Pickle Queen @lutinii The pickle queen was in town so you know what had to be done. This was a sweet, tangy, vinegary combo which... was it good? Well let’s just say we may not be doing it again, but, I haven’t had that much fun filming a video in a long time, so another Dani and Sophia video?... definitely more to come. All you need for this is your choice of pickles: I recommend a sour one (vs bread and butter since you get so much sweetness from the tanghulu already). Then sugar and water. Measurements below! -2 pickles -2 cups sugar -1 cup water -Skewers, sugar thermometer, and an icebath -bring your sugar and water to ~300F and tanghulu, then dip in the icebath and serve!
