WHY REVERSE DIET?
One week until @danileepatterson makes her Pro Debut after winning her Pro Card at NPC Universe.
We had 14 weeks to improve her physique and also ensure she was healthy. Had she gone out post show with eating issues, put on body fat rapidly and dealt with intense cravings and remorse this would not have happened. We got her Macros to 150p/245C/50F before starting to lean out again.
This process requires the athlete to continue checking in post show. Food is added based on response, cardio is removed based on response. Training was changed to ensure she was working toward the Bikini Division ideal. With more food and less cardio she is actually going to be heavier on stage with more muscle. This was because Dani is a beast, and missed no opportunity to improve.
Another reason for the post show success was how we prepped. Flexible Meal Plans, Diet Breaks, Linear Loading for Peaking and each show we just kept improving.
I am very proud of how focused Dani has been and can't wait for the Pro League to appreciate her effort the way I do!
