I can’t believe so many people don’t know about this feature on the Apple Watch but it is a game changer for tempo days!! Here’s how to create a workout in the apple watch: 1. Click the 3 dots on the top right of open run 2. Scroll to the bottom & click create workout 3. Edit the warm up to whatever you want (open goal, distance or time) 4. Add your work & recovery 5. If you’re doing repeats click repeats & all the intervals you want to repeat 6. Add the cooldown 7. Title it so you can use it later! 8.
