I was not surprised when I learned that 63% of 14 to 27-year-olds today believe that “breaking the mold” is more important than stability. That’s EXACTLY what I believed when I decided to go for my dreams 13 years ago....The biggest thing I’ve learned since then is that you don’t have to choose between your dream and stability.
