How is it to #vegan during pregnancy?🌱 well..doctors right away to put me in high risk category because of vegan diet😄🤦🏻♀️ Even thou all my blood work and elements “I was supposed” to be deficient in were perfect. Lets see what “side effects” caused my vegan diet and extremely healthy eating habits during pregnancy
-no nausea whatsoever
- no craving at all
-perfect blood work
- gained very little but healthy weight
- no hormonal acne or mood swings
- no fatigue or need to take naps all the time
- of course no constipation or swelling or anything else I could complain about.. The doctors called me the “most boring patient” cause I didn’t have any issues while keeping monitoring my vegan diet..Im still swimming in the cold ocean, I still work out every day, I still eat clean vegan food and when I can, I definitely gonna go back to 36h fasting once a week and juicing and cleansing.🍏 The bottom line is when you take care of your body constantly its ready for any big changes it might go through even pregnancy. Its ready to adapt to whatever, heal faster. So to all future mamas who are vegan- do not change your diet just because doctors don’t understand how it works. Just keep it balanced and clean and you will do great 🍓❤️❤️
