I caught myself saying “practice makes perfect” to my daughter the other day. She immediately corrected me: “No! Practice makes better.” Fair. That line has stayed with me. I hear versions of it all the time in my coaching work, usually wrapped up as questions about self-perception - who we are, and why we keep choosing what we choose. You may never see yourself perfectly. But with practice, you can see yourself better. 🪞
