Our journey to better health. It was more than just losing weight, it was about gaining life and getting healthier mentally and physically! We're thankful for how far we've already come, but like the song says "better days coming for sure." Not sure who needed to hear this, but weightloss doesn't happen overnight, it happens over time. We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our journey! The truth is it hasn’t been easy, but it’s definitely been worth it.
