… And then you started an animal rescue foundation in his honour ❤️ Today, September 6, 2025, marks two years since we said goodbye to Simba. Just weeks before his passing, we learned he had hemangiosarcoma. What we didn’t know then was that his loss would lead us to create an animal rescue foundation that has since gained worldwide recognition and has helped heal our hearts along the way. Saving animals in Simba’s honor not only keeps his memory alive, it also fuels our fight for what truly matters: the well being of all animals. Simba taught us what unconditional love really means, and that love carries through every single rescue we do. To our community: thank you. Thank you for walking this emotional and difficult path with us, for giving us the space to grieve, and for letting us share Simba’s story.
