That's why we partnered closely with our parent company, Danone — the #2 global maker of infant formula — as well as the White House, to help address this critical need. Now with the FDA’s review and in partnership with Danone, we are bringing Aptamil, a trusted European formula brand backed by 50 years of research in early life science, into the United States to help mitigate the nationwide shortage. Last week, 750,000 cans (the equivalent of 19 million 8-ounce bottles) started to arrive on US soil. It is our number 1 priority to get more formula into the market for those in need, and it’s our hope that through these efforts, we are helping support families nourish their little ones with the nutrition they need.
