Salmon sushi bake Ingredients: 1 lb imitation crab meat 2 pcs of salmon 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup kewpie mayo 2 tbsp sriracha 4 cups cooked sushi rice 3 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp mirin 1/8 tsp of salt Furikake seasoning 4 tbsp masago Green onions Fried shallots Roasted seaweed sheets 1 avocado First step is to wash and cook your rice, preferably on the sushi rice setting if you have it. Otherwise cook on the regular white rice setting. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Air fry for about 7-8 minutes. Add imitation crab meat to a bowl along with salmon, cream cheese, kewpie mayo and sriracha. Mix all the ingredients together. Once the rice is cooked, add to a 9x13 baking dish. Add sushi rice vinegar, mirin and salt. Mix all together and then spread the rice out on the dish. Sprinkle on furikake then add the salmon/crab mixture on top and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and broil for 2 minutes. Top with masago, chopped green onions, kewpie mayo, sriracha and fried shallots.
