I love that I don’t even have to break out my cutting board - so easy! #DelMonte #deluxegoldpineapple Serves: 4 Prep Time: 15 Cook Time: 30 1 can Del Monte® Deluxe Gold Pineapple Slices 1 14 oz. can condensed milk 1 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix 1 box of Vanilla wafers 3 cups of heavy cream Directions: 1.Combine 1 1⁄2 cups of cold water and condensed milk together— Give it a whisk. 2.Add in the pudding mix and give it a whisk. Place it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight to firm up and set. 3.Once it’s set, whisk up 3 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold in the vanilla pudding mix. 4.Place in the fridge for 30 minutes 5.Assemble by putting a layer of pudding first, then a layer of vanilla wafers, then a layer of Del Monte® Deluxe Gold Pineapple Slices.
