Creamy Hungarian mushroom soup ✨1 pound of mushrooms sliced ✨4 shallots diced ✨2 tablespoons of butter, ✨2 Tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil ✨3 Tablespoons flour ✨1 Tablespoons of paprika ✨2 teaspoons of dill ✨Garlic salt to taste ✨Pepper to taste ✨1 Tablespoon of soy sauce ✨3 cups of chicken stock ✨1 lemon juiced ✨1 cup of milk ✨1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional for creaminess) 1. Add butter and olive oil to a hot pan. Once melted, add shallots and let them soften for about 5 minutes, then add sliced mushrooms. 2. Stir in paprika, dill, and garlic salt, and sauté for about 5 mins. 3. Add the flour and let it cook for 2–3 minutes to remove the raw taste. 4. Pour in the chicken stock, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a simmer. 5. Add the milk, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. 6. Taste for salt and Stir in sour cream or yogurt if desired, I personally prefer to serve it on the side so each person can add it if they like. 7.
