Feeling stuck? One of the best lessons I’ve learned from Pema Chodron is the power of movement. To shift the mind, sometimes we need to move the body. Whether it’s reading (moving your eyes), writing, hiking, walking, cleaning—any form of movement can spark momentum. As we move forward physically, our minds will eventually follow. It may take time, so be patient. One of my favorite ways to move through stuck moments is by playing the piano. I’m not great at it, but I love it. It reminds me that life isn’t about perfection—it’s about the feeling, the process, and the connection we make with ourselves in the present moment.
