Super excited to play around with other toppings in the future: bbq chicken and white sauce sound SO GOOD! chicken pizza crust ingredients • 2 large chicken breasts • 2 eggs • 1 cup grated parmesan • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp italian seasoning caprese salad • tomatoes • fresh mozzarella • fresh basil • extra virgin olive oil • balsamic glaze how to make it 1. add chicken breasts to a food processor and pulse until finely ground. transfer to a large bowl and mix with eggs, parmesan, and all seasonings. 2. spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking pan, pressing it out as thin and even as possible. 3. bake at 425°f for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden. 4. remove from oven and add pizza toppings (sauce, mozzarella, basil). 5. bake again for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crispy. 6. serve with a simple caprese salad and enjoy 🤍 #familypizzanight #healthiermeals #homecooking #highprotein #weeknightdinner
