Just a little reminder.. you’re awesome, wholeheartedly worthy and part of something huge and magical! I wanted to put some love out today to those feeling a bit overwhelmed by a new year again so wanted to leave you with this - it can be overwhelming to look back and feel like you’re lacking or to give yourself a hard time but just remember you’re part of something bigger and beyond the mind that we have but of the upmost importance, each and everyone one of you. Surviving here is tough, society puts an immense amount of pressure on us and we face constant challenges.. you’re doing amazingly whether you believe or not. You’re coping and you’re getting by in probably the hardest time of our lifetimes. So although you may sometimes feel the very opposite, with each passing day we get older, try to remember that with each mistake and broken heart comes experience and memories, welcome every fail as a stepping stone to get across the pond and honestly, if you don’t even want to feel this way or can feel this way right now, or perhaps you feel you aren’t making any progress - just know that it’ll come, I can promise that.. and that’s with every second of self love that you make, even just one small thing a day will walk you in the right direction. It’ll move you into believing in yourself more and making more decisions because you trust and love in yourself for that. Money is energy that flows and can always be got, your kindness is contagious and we thank you for that too. Ultimately you’re the driving wheel for all of energy that is around you. You aren’t your negative thoughts, thoughts pass through you as a human function and it can suck, just learn to be more present and not living in the past or future <3 nothing to worry about there - just mindfulness of being here in the now.. it takes routine snd small practices that’s all. So yes, I love you very much for reading this and by even sticking around on my own journey too - you’ve contributed to someone’s joy without even realising it. That smile darling, wow, you look awesome and maybe if that isn’t today, it’ll come tomorrow - thanks for being you xox
