Coming 🔜 Lemon Singer It started with my pal Greta visiting me at my apartment and I made a pot of 🍋 and 🌺 🫖 and she says “hey you realize this is that nostalgic tisane from our childhood, you should make this into a vinegar ” and I was like dang it totally is and I am gonna try. So I reached out to Sana and she was like “crazy timing I have some wild and amazing hibiscus we don’t even have for sale yet”. Next came magic meyer lemons from my favorite French New Orleans farmer who isn’t on Instagram and my winter citrus dream vinegar started. I had some reservations about using the inspirational namesake so I pulled a line from Ruth Reichl review of my vinegar on her blog “makes your food sing”. Yes I am still blushing from what she wrote. Can you tell it’s Maria running in the field singing? I had only watched The Sound of Music for the first time last year. 🙃 I have a feeling Rob was just amused by my request but either way he made the label happen and I couldn’t be more pleased.
